Semeion Richardson, CEO and Founder, has an Associate’s degree in Commercial Art and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Artist with a purpose was established in 2012 to provide services to people that deal with mental health issues through expressive art and painting.

The Art Center is supported by the City of Leesburg, United Arts of Central Florida,
the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, and in association with the Leesburg Chamber of Commerce.
